Norwich is fortunate to host two competitive Ultimate teams; Mustard - Norfolk and Suffolk's 'open' team who welcome players of all abilities, and Aye-Aye - representing the University of East Anglia as a student-only team.
Both Mustard and Aye-Aye compete at a national level entering both Indoor and Outdoor tournaments throughout the year.

These are our current open practices over the week that all are welcome to join - if its your first time, please do send us an e-mail to let us know you are coming:
Year round: Every Sunday, 2pm in Eaton Park, Norwich (by the boating lake).
During the summer: Every Tuesday, 6pm in Eaton Park, Norwich (by the boating lake).
Please bring a light and a dark top, whatever footware is most comfortable (although most times the ground is soft enough for studs/blades), and be prepared run, throw and generally have a good time. We usually start by throwing in pairs, a quick warmup, including stretches, then a few drills and then finish up with a game. We ideally would like to be ready to start throwing at 6, so please arrive a few minutes early to get ready.
