Norwich Ultimate Frisbee Club

One session a week, and it is the same session whether it is your first or your five hundredth. We are on the grass at Eaton Park through the summer and in the sports hall at the UEA Sportspark once the evenings go dark.
You do not need kit, a club, or any real idea what you are doing. Bring a light top and a dark top, and the rest gets sorted out on the night.
Made for people still working it out
Beginners train in the same session as everyone else rather than off in a corner on their own. The sessions are coached, so you get told what you are doing wrong by somebody who actually knows.

A club, not just a weekly kickabout
Students, people who turned up for the first time last month, and a few who have been here since 2005. There are socials through the season and a decent turnout from the club at local tournaments.

Come down on a Thursday
Outdoor sessions at Eaton Park are free. Indoor sessions at the Sportspark are £6.50, or £5 if you are a student, paid on the night. The day stays the same all year, but the time and the venue swap over between seasons, so have a look at the training page before you set off.
